Small Groups
At NewPointe we define success - for every corner of our church - by how effectively we are helping people move from Sunday services into small groups.
We deeply believe that intentional relationships are keys to sustaining spiritual growth - throughout a lifetime. That's why small groups are so pivotal to our discipleship plan. In a group, people get to discuss the issues and challenges of life, within the context of God's Word. It's also where they pray together, care for each other and are missed if they can't make it that week.
Practically speaking, there would never be a way for the staff or leaders of NewPointe to personally minister to everyone who attends our church. That's why we place such a high emphasis on small groups. It's how we effectively minister to people at NewPointe.
