Thanks for your interest in volunteering! For the safety of our children and students, we require background checks to be run on all volunteers in these departments. We also run background checks on those serving in the areas of mentoring and security. Download and print out the appropriate form. Completed forms may be:

• turned in to the church office, Information Desk or your department leader,
• mailed to NPCC, 3950 St. Rt. 39W, Dover, Ohio 44622,
• scanned and emailed to pmason@newpointe.org, or
• faxed to the church at 330.602.5636.
