Preschool (Birth-Kindergarten)

We think church should be fun! In our preschool environment, we use large group stories, fun activities, and loud worship, to help our preschoolers learn three basic truths: God made me, God loves me, and Jesus wants to be my friend forever. We promise they’ll have a great time while building a foundation of faith.

Elementary (Grades 1-5)

When kids start elementary, the questions grow and so does their ability to learn. Everything that we do in our Grade 1-5 environment revolves around helping kids understand these three basic truths: I need to make the wise choice, I can trust God no matter what, and I should treat others the way I want to be treated. To help them remember, we have milestones for each age group that involve learning from the Old and New Testament books of the Bible to serving in the church and in their community.

How do I know my child will be safe?

NewPointe Kids is very serious about safety. At each of our campuses we have a secure check- in system that prints out unique matching tags for you and your child each week that they check-in to our NewPointe Kids environments. Your child will wear their tag during their time with us and you will hold onto your’s. In order to pick your child up after service, you must show one of our NewPointe Kids leaders that you have the matching tag. We also prioritize safety by requiring that every NewPointe Kids volunteer is screened and must complete extensive safety forms, including passing a background check. If we need to contact you during service for any reason, we can send you a text message using the phone number that you checked in with.

Will my child make friends?

Yes! At NewPointe Kids, we think being surrounded by a great group of friends is important! Because of this, we encourage families to commit to attending the same service time each Sunday so that their kids can connect with the same friends and adult leaders every week.

Can you help me answer my child’s questions about salvation and baptism?

Absolutely! Multiple times a year we host “Discover for Kids- Discovering what it means to follow Jesus.” This is a 1-hour class for elementary kids and their parents where we talk all about salvation and baptism. Check out our events page to see when Discover for Kids is happening next!

How can I take what my child is learning at church and continue the conversation at home?

We have some resources that we’re pretty excited about! In our K-5 environment, we give out “God Times”, a paper devotional that you and your child can do throughout the week. If kids bring their completed God Time back the following Sunday, they get to pick a prize from our prize bin! For preschoolers, we give out paper placemats on the first Sunday of the month that you and your child can use to learn our monthly memory verse and review the Bible story each week. I’m interested in volunteering. How can I get involved with NewPointe Kids?

We have multiple opportunities to get involved at NewPointe Kids! We are constantly looking for godly adults and students to be small group leaders, lead our large group worship, help with production, serve in the nursery, and more!
