NewPointe is committed to walking alongside of you as a parent, the spiritual leader of you household, in every season. These stages are a great way to plan for your child's spiritual growth as you gain resources.
For: New Parents (Birth - 2 Years)Frequency: Spring and fallYou'll commit to raising your child, with the help of the church and your support system, in a foundation of faith, and receive resources to do just that! This step is intended for new parents but is welcome for families with kids of any age.
For: Parents (Birth - 5 Years)Frequency: Spring and fallGain practical tools and guidance to navigate the challenges of parenting your child through the younger years with faith and intentionality.
For: Kids (Entering Grade 2)Frequency: SpringAs your child enters Grade 2, their faith will become more and more their own. We are pleased to give your child a Bible as a tool to develop their faith.
For: Kids (Elementary)Frequency: Spring, summer, fall, and winterThis fun-filled family event provides parents with practical ways to lead their kids spiritually. There will be fun, games, and even a meal will be provided! This event is geared toward elementary-age kids, but younger siblings are welcome to join the fun.
For: Kids (Elementary)Frequency: Spring, Summer and FallIs your child asking questions about baptism or making Jesus the leader of their life? These are big questions, and we are here to help you answer them! Attend Discover for Kids with your kids to learn more about baptism and to discover their next step.
For: Parents & Kids (Grades 4-5)Frequency: Spring Talking to your kids about sex can be tricky. Fortunately, God has given us His Word to guide us in having "the big talk." This class is designed to jumpstart a conversation between you and your kids in Grades 4-5 about God's design for sex and His purpose for sexuality.
For: Students (Grades 7-8)Frequency: SpringThis event is designed for Grade 7-8 to encourage them to become an owner of their faith, know their identity in Christ, and build strong and healthy relationships with others. Parents, join us as portion of the evening is created for you as well, to offer encouragement and equip you as you lead your student. We'll offer practical tools for you as you navigate the challenges of teenage years with faith and intentionality.
For: Students (Graduating Seniors)Frequency: SpringMaking it through high school is a big deal that deserves to be celebrated. Join us on this designated Sunday morning as we recognize your senior from stage and pray over them as a church as they head into a new season of life. We can’t wait to celebrate all your senior has accomplished! Save the date: May 25 at the 11 AM service!
